A new podcast from three Reform UK councillors who are not waiting for permission to fix what is broken. Courage, community, and a better Britain.

Meet your hosts

Three women in politics, telling it straight

Between them, the hosts of Women in Reform represent three different wards, two layers of local government and one mayoral chain. They have decades of frontline experience in nursing, teaching, business, community service and the council chamber. Best of all, they actually like each other.

Bromsgrove District Council

Cllr Rebecca Waters

Reform UK Councillor for Rubery and Rednal

One of the new generation of Reform councillors elected in the spring. Rebecca brings sharp questions, a refusal to be talked down to, and a campaigner’s instinct for the issues residents actually care about, from anti-social behaviour to the state of the streets. A voice for the north of the district who is not afraid to take on the establishment.

Redditch Borough Council

Cllr Nikki Lloyd

Reform UK Councillor for Greenlands & Lakeside · Deputy Leader, Reform UK group · Chair of Overview and Scrutiny · Chair of Crime and Disorder Scrutiny

Nikki is a former NHS Oncology and Haematology Sister, a TeachFirst Ambassador and a first-class marketing graduate who ran her own award-winning events business. She brings clinical decision-making, classroom resilience and commercial discipline to the council chamber, and a refusal to confuse activity with delivery.

Worcestershire County Council & Redditch Borough

Mayor Sue Eacock

Mayor of Redditch · Worcestershire County Councillor · Reform UK Councillor for Headless Cross and Oakenshaw

A community stalwart serving residents at two levels of local government, while also wearing the Mayoral chain for the borough. Sue brings long-term local knowledge, hard-won networks across Worcestershire and a quiet, formidable determination to put residents first. The bit of the team that has seen it all and still turns up smiling.
